PELL CITY — The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office announced two deputies recently completed ALICE Active Shooter Instructor Training.
Sgt. Patrick Adams and Deputy Jeff King underwent the training which provides effective active shooter training and preparedness solutions.
Organizations and churches of all sizes can take the course.
“Preventing and protecting your organization from an active shooter event is your best defense against violence,” the sheriff’s office said in a press release. “Our Deputies can train your employees/members and evaluate your physical, technological, and human-based security program to quickly determine areas of improvement – helping you better prepare.”
