SPRINGVILLE — The Springville Police Department announced the arrests of three people in connection to equipment stolen from Springville Parks and Recreation.
Police Chief Wayne Walton said a storage building on the property of the Springville ballpark, at 101 Camp Road, was burglarized sometime between Friday, June 18 and Monday, June 21. Several items were taken including an ATV, tools, and other equipment.
The items were recovered on Tuesday from 236 Park Hill Drive, in Springville. Three people were taken into custody.
Joshua Crumpton, 35, of Springville, was charged with burglary third-degree, theft of property first-degree, and criminal mischief first-degree. He was booked into the St. Clair County Jail on bonds totaling $8,500.
Christopher Fuqua, 37, of Springville, was charged with burglary third-degree, theft of property first-degree, and criminal mischief second-degree. He was booked into the St. Clair County Jail on bonds totaling $8,500.
Kimberly Ephraim, 40, of Springville was charged with receiving stolen property. She was booked into the St. Clair County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
