TRUSSVILLE — Trussville Police took a man in custody late Wednesday after shots were fired near Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
Police responded around 11 p.m. when someone reported an attempted break-in at the funeral home.
Dispatch said the caller reported that the man fired a shot, breaking a window at Jim N Nicks, then went across Highway 11 to Jefferson Memorial.
No one was injured in the shooting.
The man taken into custody has not been identified.
