TRUSSVILLE — The Battle of the Bands competition will be held at the Trussville Civic Center on Saturday, Aug. 28, 2021.
The entry fee is $50.00 and the event is open to all bands that have not signed with a record label. Bands will play five songs, four of them being cover songs and one an original. It is an event sure to entertain with bands of all backgrounds performing.
Stage presence and crowd reaction will be judged, among other important aspects of the entertainment provided. The winner will receive $500 and an opportunity to perform at Trussville City Fest on September 11th, 2021. Second place will get $250 and third place will get $150.

Battle of the Bands will begin at 6 p.m. and there is no admission fee to those who come to rock out in the crowd.
Food trucks, a cash bar, and local vendors will be on site.
All proceeds from Battle of the Bands will go to the Trussville Parks & Recreation general fund.
