MONTGOMERY — All-Star Sports Week gets underway next week in Montgomery with all-star competition featuring rising seniors in the sports of baseball, boys’ and girls’ basketball, softball, volleyball, boys’ and girls’ soccer, boys’ and girls’ golf and boys’ and girls’ tennis.
The AHSAA and AHSADCA will conduct its 2021 Summer Conference at the Montgomery Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center next week, July 19-23.
Nine local student-athletes are set to compete in the annual all-star event, including eight rising seniors from Hewitt-Trussville and one from Springville. Husky head girls’ soccer coach Lauren Wooten has also been chosen to represent HTHS in Montgomery.
