TRUSSVILLE — A man that was taken into custody by Trussville Police on Friday, July 16, after a car chase and foot pursuit, has been charged.
D’Juane Conelius Talley, 24, of Birmingham, is charged with attempting to elude and reckless endangerment.
Police said a Trussville PD Motor Scout clocked Talley driving 53 mph in a 35 mph zone, in downtown Trussville. The officer attempted a traffic stop but he refused to stop.
