BIRMINGHAM — All lanes of I-65 North were closed Wednesday night, August 4, after a pedestrian was struck and killed. Birmingham Fire and Rescue is on the scene investigating the fatality.
This is the second pedestrian fatally struck within the past week. On Sunday morning, a 29-year-old man was struck by a car and killed while reportedly sitting in the roadway just after 3 a.m.
