James Robert McIntyre Sr., age 79 of Trussville, passed away on Saturday, September 11.
He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to Ruth and Tom McIntyre. James later moved to Birmingham before moving to Trussville.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Karen McIntyre, and his son James McIntyre, Jr., his daughter Stephanie Brooks (Scott), and his two granddaughters, Libby and Kaylee of Trussville.
He is preceded by his two brothers, Tom and Rick McIntyre, and his nephew, Trey McIntyre.
A small family service was held in remembrance of James Robert McIntyre, Sr.
