BIRMINGHAM — The Jefferson County Coroner has identified the victim of an apparent homicide investigation on Friday, October 1.
The victim could be seen through a window, lying on the floor, unresponsive. Peterson was pronounced dead at the scene.
The death is being investigated as a homicide. Therefore, all questions regarding the circumstances surrounding the death should be made to the Birmingham Police Department.
“Details are limited at this stage of the investigation,” BPD Sergeant Rodarius Martin stated. “There are no suspects in custody.”
