JEFFERSON COUNTY — The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the second victim killed in a head-on collision around 7:37 a.m. on Tuesday, October 5.
Holmes was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
The Jefferson County Sherrif’s Office is investigating the cause and circumstances surrounding the wreck.
