CALHOUN COUNTY — An Anniston man was killed in a single-vehicle crash at approximately 7:25 p.m. Monday, November 29.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), Dwayne E. Hicks, 53, was fatally injured when the 2021 Harley Davidson he was operating left the roadway and overturned. The crash occurred approximately three miles west of Anniston on Calhoun County 109.
Hicks was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the ALEA Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
