CULLMAN COUNTY — A Huntsville man has been charged in connection to a road-rage shooting that occurred on Sunday, December 5, around 3 p.m.
According to Carol Robinson at AL.com, James Allen Milligan, 72, was arrested on Monday, December 6, in connection to the incident. One person was shot, but police have not released any details such as the victim’s name or condition.
Milligan is charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and menacing. He is being held in the Cullman County Detention Center.
