LEEDS — Earthborn Pottery in Leeds will be presenting the “Blue Light Special Art Show Sale” on Saturday, December 11, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Sunday, December 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Admission is requested of $2 which benefits First Light Woman’s Shelter.
The “Blue Light Special Art Show Sale” will feature more than 40 local artists across all mediums: painters, woodworkers, metalsmiths, jewelers, clay artists, and more. There will also be an “Empty Bowls” event where for $25 you receive chef-prepared soup & bread, you keep the $50 bowl, and Earthborn gives 100% of the proceeds to First Light Women’s Shelter.
This year’s soup was donated by Chef Chris Moore of Marriott Elyton and Rusty’s BBQ famous Brunswick Stew. Food trucks will also be available for attendees to enjoy.
The “Blue Light Special Art Show Sale” will be held at the studios of Earthborn property, 7575 Parkway Drive 35094, right up the hill from the Bass Pro Shop., in the Old Watch Factory in Leeds — over 24,000 sq feet to be able to Socially distance.
