BESSEMER — A DoorDash driver was shot, and her passenger grazed during delivery on Wednesday, December 22, around 10 p.m.
According to Carol Robinson at AL.com, the victims were in the crossfire of two other vehicles exchanging gunfire in the 200 block of Lexington Boulevard. An unoccupied home was also struck.
The driver was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment of her injuries and was later released. The passenger did not require medical treatment.
No suspects have been arrested.
