LEEDS — WoodmenLife Chapter #1558 awarded $10 Chick-fil-A gift cards to Leeds City School employees and staff on February 14, 2022. Leeds City Schools employs 256 teachers and staff members.
Sandra McGuire, Executive Director for the Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce and Treasurer of Chapter #1558, delivered 256 gift cards (for a total of $2,560 distributed) on behalf of WoodmenLife to all Leeds City Schools teacher and staff member that is currently employed with the schools.
“Our members are dedicated to helping others and giving back to the community,” McGuire said. “We value the education professionals who do the same, giving so much to our children. This is one way we can honor them and show them how much we appreciate all that they do.”
