BIRMINGHAM — Two brothers pleaded guilty to several conspiracy drug charges.
Craig’s sentencing is scheduled for June 15, 2022, and Burgess’ sentencing is scheduled for July 20, 2022.
United States Department of Justice stated that the maximum penalty for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and distribution of methamphetamine is 40 years in prison and a fine of not more than $5,000,000.
Both men are linked to the Hard to Kill gang (H2K), which operates in the Birmingham area and is known to be involved in acts of violence, illegal drug distribution, and illegal firearm possession.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and Birmingham Police Department assisted the FBI in investigating the case.
