TRUSSVILLE — An armed robbery at Taziki’s in Trussville on Sunday, April 3, at approximately 9:21 p.m. is under investigation.
According to the Trussville Police Department (TPD), a heavy-set black male in a grey hoodie and sweatpants entered the business and robbed a Taziki’s worker at gunpoint. The suspect left the restaurant in an unknown direction.
The suspect stole cash from Taziki’s and personal items from the victim.
TPD continues to investigate the situation.
