BIRMINGHAM — A 25-year-old man was shot and killed in Birmingham on Friday, April 29, at approximately 10:53 p.m.
According to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office, Roderick Mariachi Williams Jr., of Birmingham, sustained gunshot wound injuries during a reported argument.
Williams was pronounced dead at the scene in the 4200 block of 2nd Avenue South in Birmingham.
“The death is being investigated as a homicide,” Chief Deputy Coroner Williams Yates said.
