PELL CITY — Pell City Police Department (PCPD) seized 200 items containing tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) from the sales floor during a Pell City CBD store raid on Friday, May 13.
The 200 items were seized for supposedly containing illegal amounts of THC and sent for further testing.
Robinson stated The Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board licenses the business to sell tobacco products and assisted in the investigation.
Criminal charges are expected as the investigation continues.
