JEFFERSON COUNTY — Five families were displaced after a fire damaged five townhomes on Tuesday, May 17, around 3 p.m.
No injuries were reported during the fire.
Four fire agencies helped contain the blaze: Rocky Ridge, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, and Birmingham.
Robinson stated that the fire agencies are working with Red Cross and the occupants to find places for the families to stay.
