TRUSSVILLE — The grand opening for The Cahaba Building is this Thursday, May 26, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The Cahaba Building will have music, food, and drinks. Mr. West Ktichen will be catering the event.
A redeveloped historic property, The Cahaba Building offers small business owners and entrepreneurs a new place to work in the charming community of Trussville.
Located in the heart of downtown Trussville, The Cahaba offers 27 private offices, spacious meeting rooms, a kitchen, a rooftop patio, and an outdoor plaza. Members can enjoy amenities such as fiber internet and 24/7 building access, as well as a convenient location within walking distance from Trussville’s bustling new restaurant and entertainment district.
With a vested interest in the community, Trussville residents Brice Falkner and Bo Watkins partnered with Ryan Harbuck and Mark Hancock of Hancock Construction, and Justin Collier Architect to bring the project to life. The joint-venture group known as Cahaba Capital Partners will serve as owners and managers of The Cahaba.
“We are excited about them opening their restaurant right across the street soon,” Ryan Harbuck said.
Justin Collier Architect and Hancock Construction served as the designer and builders of the facility. For more information on renting an office space in the Cahaba Building, visit thecahababuilding.com.
