UPDATE: Ashley Davis, 34, of Northport, has been found safe.

NORTHPORT — A missing 34-year-old Northport woman’s vehicle was last known to be in Trussville heading to Alexander City on Friday, June 3, at about 6 p.m.
According to her fiance’s, Chris Hawkins, Facebook page, Ashley Davis was traveling from Northport to Alexander City when she went missing. Davis is described as 5 foot, 3 inches tall, about 128 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. The fiance’s Facebook post comments state that her loved ones filed a missing person report with the Northport Police Department around 12 a.m.
“She was traveling from Northport to Alexander City, but the last pinged location of tag from law enforcement was Valley Rd Chalkville Exit at Trussville,” the Facebook post stated.
Trussville Police Department had a flock camera hit on Davis’ missing vehicle, a 2018 Black Honda Oddysey Van (AL TAG# 63NC921), in the Chalkville Moutain Area at 7:30 p.m. Trussville PD checked the area around where the flock camera hit and did not locate the vehicle.
Northport’s Assistant Cheif Keith Carpenter said that Davis was traveling to Alexander City to see her fiance.
“We’re just trying to locate her to make sure she’s okay,” Carpenter said.
Family members ask that anyone who has any information about the whereabouts of Ashley Davis contact the Northport Police Department or call 911.
