BIRMINGHAM — A 59-year-old man was killed in an apparent assault in Birmingham on Monday, June 27, at approximately 8:48 p.m.
Chief Deputy Coroner Bill Yates said the victim is believed to be a homeless man.
The victim’s identity will be released upon notification of next of kin.
“The death is being investigated as a homicide,” Yates said.
