TRUSSVILLE — The Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce invites kids of all ages to enjoy a “doggone” good time at a pet-themed Movie on The Mall featuring the popular 2021 release, “Clifford the Big Red Dog.”
Admission is free, and pets with well-trained humans are welcome.
Set for July 15, the evening will begin with kids’ activities, food trucks, and booth vendors at 5:30 p.m. on The Mall in the heart of Trussville’s Cahaba Project neighborhood. The movie will begin at 7:45 p.m.
Presenting sponsor for the event is Pet Supplies Plus-Trussville, and owner Chase Foster can hardly wait.
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with the Trussville Chamber on this fun event,” Foster said. “This is a great opportunity to get together with family and friends, and there’ll be lots of things to keep the kids busy and happy. We’ll have hotdogs, popcorn, giveaways, photo ops, and more, so it’ll be one big party. We hope everybody will want to join in.”
Booth space at this event will be made available to chamber members only, free of charge. But in lieu of a participation fee, each vendor is expected to provide a free kids’ activity. For details, call the chamber office or email lesley.muncher@trussvillechamber.com.
