BIRMINGHAM — A multifamily apartment complex property near Trussville has sold for $27.4 million.
According to the Birmingham Business Journal (BBJ), Ascot Place Apartments, located at 544 Gadsden Highway on the highway connecting Roebuck to Trussville, was acquired by a Florida-based entity Ascot Apts LLC, on July 29, 2o22, from RH Ascot Watertown LLC.
The BBJ states that the apartment complex covers more than eight acres in the Huffman community and includes nine two-story buildings and a total of 173 units that make up more than 360,000 square feet. The apartments offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
