ST. CLAIR COUNTY — Beginning at 7 p.m., Sunday, August 28, weather permitting, the Alabama Department of Transportation will have right or left lane closures on I-59 northbound for Asphalt Paving Operations between Milepost 157 (Near St. Clair Springs/Spring Exit) and Milepost 148 (Springville/Odenville).
All travel lanes are expected to re-open at approximately 7 a.m. on Monday, August 29.
These same lane closures will be in place from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Sunday, August 28, through Friday, September 2.
Motorists are requested to consider using alternate routes, adjust arrival/departure times, observe work zone speed limits and other work zone signs, and use extreme caution in this area. ALDOT thanks motorists for their patience during this Construction Operation to improve Alabama’s roadways.
