IRONDALE — In early 2022, Price Hightower launched an all-new living concept for the metro Birmingham area. The development is known as The Heights, and a ribbon cutting/open house was held on Wednesday, October 5, at The Clubhouse.
The Clubhouse sits at the top of Heights Avenue and is the focal point of the new community in Irondale. Featuring a resort-style pool and pool deck, fitness center, business center, dog spa, and putting green, The Clubhouse is designed to provide an unmatched amenity package for residents at The Heights. The Clubhouse functions as an extension of the resident’s homes and offer the residents an elevated multi-use space to socialize, gather, and enhance their lives.
“Living at The Heights means living at the next level, and our Clubhouse delivers that experience. It’s like walking into a boutique hotel and never having to check out,” said Price Hightower, President of Tower Homes and Fairin Realty.
The Heights is a luxury built-for-rent community developed to create a seamless space to live, play and enjoy a hassle-free lifestyle. Upon completion, The Heights will consist of 174 newly constructed single-family homes and townhomes for lease. Unlike traditional apartment living, residents have a unique address, private driveways, attached garages, and fenced backyards. Each home also features a Smart Home Technology package and premium finishes.
“Our goal was to create a community for people who want more than an apartment complex,” said Hightower. “We are excited to see the overwhelming response to this style of living.”
Interest in The Heights has exceeded expectations, and phase one of the community is already fully leased, while pre-leasing is well underway in phase two. For leasing information on The Heights, visit LeaseTheHeights.com or contact The Heights Community Manager, Lindsey Bulls, at 205.807.8838.
