BIRMINGHAM — One person was injured in an apparent armed robbery in Birmingham on Sunday, Nov. 20, at approximately 10:40 p.m.
“Upon arrival, South Precinct officers encountered an adult male that had been shot in a possible robbery attempt,” Sergeant Monica Law stated.
Birmingham Fire and Rescue Service transported him to UAB Hospital, where he was treated.
“There are no suspects in custody,” Law stated. “Detectives are investigating this case.”
