BIRMINGHAM — The Birmingham Police Department (BPD) detectives request assistance from the public in obtaining information in a homicide investigation that occurred on May 14, 2022, at approximately 7:45 p.m.
“West Precinct officers were dispatched to Interstate 59 South just after the Arkadelphia Road exit on a report of a person shot,” Officer Truman Fitzgerald stated. “Officers arrived on the scene and observed a White 2008 Ford Edge that had collided into the median.”
Birmingham Fire and Rescue personnel arrived on the scene and pronounced Snow dead.
“The preliminary investigation suggests the victim was traveling from the “downtown area” prior to the shooting,” Fitzgerald stated. “Detectives are asking if anyone was traveling along this route between 7:15 p.m. – 7:45 p.m. that has a dashcam to please contact us directly.”
BPD Detectives believe the shooter was traveling in a red vehicle.
Currently, there is no suspect in custody.
