IRONDALE — An Irondale man was killed and three others injured in a single vehicle crash into a building on Sunday, July 2.
The deceased, Qualon Lawson Romeron Pleasant, 23, was a passenger and one of four occupants of a motor vehicle involved in a single-vehicle wreck at around 2:49 a.m. The vehicle left the roadway and struck the coroner of a building in the 4600 block of Fifth Avenue South.
Pleasant was pronounced dead at 3:35 a.m. The three other occupants have been hospitalized.
The cause and circumstances surrounding the wreck are being investigated by the Birmingham Police Department.
