LEEDS — Police in Leeds have charged a Trussville man with indecent exposure on two different occasions at the Chick-fil-A in Leeds.
Brian Adam Drawdy, 34, of Trussville, is alleged to have exposed his genitalia to a juvenile female employee in December of 2023 and a second female juvenile employee in January of 2024.
“This individual’s behavior is unacceptable, and we are glad that we have identified him and taken him into custody,” Leeds Police Chief Paul Irwin said.
Detectives with Leeds Police Department Operation Support Unit and Criminal Investigation Division made the arrest.
Irwin said on Dec. 7, 2023, officers with the Leeds Police Department were dispatched to Chick-fil-A in Leeds in reference to a male exposing his genitalia to a juvenile female employee.
On Jan. 8, 2024, officers were again dispatched to Chick-fil-A in Leeds in reference to the same male exposing his genitalia to an additional juvenile female employee.
Irwin said detectives were able to identify a suspect with the assistance of Chick-fil-A employees and surveillance footage.
Wednesday, Jan. 9, Drawdy was taken into custody at his place of employment. Mr. Drawdy is charged with two counts of indecent exposure, two counts of producing obscene material and two counts of public lewdness.
Drawdy’s bonds total $5,000.
