It’s with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Manley Norman Branham, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, cousin and friend.
Bill went to be with his Heavenly Father at his home in Clay, Alabama of January 30, 2024.
Bill was born in Birmingham, Alabama at Hilman Hospital. He was the first of his siblings to be born in a hospital.
Manley Norman Branham known as Bill to his family and friends.
Bill was an active member of Union Hill Baptist Church in Susan Moore, Alabama.
Bill was a Master Butcher since the age of 18 years old. He was a Journeyman Electrician for over 30 years. Bill was also a Mason at the Pinson Alabama Lodge.
Bill never met a stranger. He loved everyone he met instantly becoming lifelong friends. He was kind and always willing to help in any situation.
Bill loved the Lord and was a sincere Christian.
Bill was preceded in death by Father, Walter Lee Branham, Jr.; Mother, Lassie Bryant Branham; Brother, Wylie Branham; Sister, Nancy Collins Branham; Daughter, Doris Elaine Branham; Granddaughter, Jessica Burvel Branham and an aunt, Mary Branham.
Bill is survived by his wife of 46 years, Lanita Granade Branham; son, Jeff Branham, brother, Jerry Branham, grandson, Jake Branham (Kristen), granddaughter, Jordan Branham Smith (Brady); grandsons, Wesley Branham, Lennon Branham, Emmett Branham and River Branham, granddaughters, Amelie Branham and Wrenlee Smith.
Bill will be greatly missed by family and friends.
His passing has left a hole in his wife’s heart.
