ST. CLAIR COUNTY — A single-vehicle crash involving a commercial vehicle occurred at approximately 6:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 12, and has caused a lane closure, according to Sergeant Jeremy J. Burkett of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
“The northbound lanes of Interstate 59 near the 159 mile marker in St. Clair County are currently closed while debris is removed from the roadway,” Burkett said.
Troopers with the ALEA Highway Patrol Division are currently on scene investigating and will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.
