CULLMAN COUNTY–A Cullman man was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Good Hope, Ala. Monday morning, according to ALEA Senior Trooper Brandon Bailey.
At approximately 9:20 a.m., James K. Neal’s 2005 Chevy Silverado left the Cullman County 813 roadway, struck a ditch, and overturned multiple times.
Neal, 89, was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was ejected from the vehicle.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers with ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division will continue to investigate.
