WALKER COUNTY — A single-vehicle crash involving a commercial vehicle that occurred at approximately 10:10 a.m. Tuesday, April 16, has closed I-22 in Walker County, according to Senior Trooper Cody Farrar of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
“All lanes of Interstate 22 near the 49 mile marker, in Walker County are currently blocked and will be for an undetermined amount of time,” Farrar said.
Troopers with the ALEA Highway Patrol Division will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates accordingly.
