TRUSSVILLE, Ala.–Local law firm Massey, Stotser & Nichols, PC announced this week that it has elevated three of the firm’s lawyers to partner–Seth Cohen, Scott Hooker, and Monica Quinn.
Massey, Stotser & Nichols, PC has served the greater Birmingham area for nearly 40 years, delivering a comprehensive array of business and personal legal needs with seamless client service.

Cohen advises property owners and corporate clients in a breadth of transactions including the purchase or sale of assets, ownership interests, commercial real estate ventures and leases. For commercial real estate closings, he reviews title documentation, surveys, zoning reports, deeds, easements, insurance, and other closing documents.
Hooker represents both plaintiffs and defendants in his civil litigation practice. Many of his clients are on the insurance defense side, where he has handled a myriad of case types from initial pleading through trial.
Quinn advises clients regarding estate planning, probate, conservatorships, and guardianships. In addition to her law degree, Monica also holds a LL.M. in Taxation that enhances her estate planning counsel to high-net-worth individuals.
