Mary Brown

With sadness, we announce the death of, Mary Brown, who passed away peacefully in her Whitney Junction home on October 26, 2024, at the age of 79. Mary was born in Dunlap, Alabama on December 25, 1944, to Elbert and Eula Golden Crowe. Mary wed Joseph Brown, Sr. on May 26 1967. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Joe and siblings Patricia, Gene, Bobby, and Joe. Mary is survived by her brother, Edgar Crowe, son Joseph “Joey” Brown, Jr. (Donna), daughters Tess Yurko (Jay), Connie Fleming (Bruce), grandchildren, Eric Tidmore (Hannah), Heather Shrader (Eric), great-grandchildren Ben Yurko, Samuel Tidmore and Lillie Shrader, and a host of nieces and nephews. Services were held at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home & Gardens on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 11:00. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your local animal shelter.
