BIRMINGHAM, Ala.–The Birmingham Police Department responded to a call of shots fired at Topgolf at around 5:40 p.m. Sunday night.
A male suspect fired shots into an occupied vehicle. BPD confirmed that no one was injured.
There is no one in custody at this time.
