PELL CITY, Ala.–A 20-year-old died Monday evening after his motorcycle crashed into ditch along Interstate 20, according to ALEA Senior Trooper Vu Quang.
At approximately 6:45 p.m., Caleb W. Saltsman of Pell City was riding his motorcycle along I-20 when it left the roadway and struck a ditch.
Saltsman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash occurred near the 156 mile marker within the city limits of Pell City.
ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division will continue to investigate.
