BIRMINGHAM, Ala.–The Birmingham Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the driver of a vehicle suspected of being involved in a shooting last month.
On Nov. 21, 33-year-old Justin Grant was reportedly ambushed and shot to death while sitting in his vehicle outside the Wood Station apartment complex in South Woodlawn.
Police believe that multiple shooters may have been involved in his death.
Yesterday, BPD released two photos of a vehicle, a brown Hyundai Sonata, used by the suspects in the homicide.
According to police, the vehicle has a switched tag, racing stripes, and has been seen in the Norwood area of North Birmingham.
“Any information would be appreciated,” BPD Sgt. LaQuitta Wade wrote.
