CENTER POINT, Ala.–A Birmingham man who was shot and killed in Center Point on the night of Christmas has been identified as Jerry Dewayne Robinson, according to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.
Robinson, 20,was pronounced dead at 8:27 p.m. in the 500 Block of 26th Avenue Northwest.
The exact location of where Robinson was shot has not been released at this time.
According to the coroner’s office, Robinson was shot during a reported assault.
According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, which is investigating the case, there have been no arrests or charges filed in the case.
