TRUSSVILLE, Ala.–The City of Trussville announced this morning that city offices and buildings would be closed tomorrow due to the winter storm that is set to sweep through the region.
Trussville Police, Fire, and Public Works will continue working to keep roads, businesses, and citizens safe during the weather event.
Garbage and debris services may also be delayed due to the storm.
The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a winter storm warning for much of north Alabama, including Jefferson and St. Clair counties in the Tribune coverage area.
Both counties were previously under a Winter Storm Watch before being elevated to the warning area overnight.
