SPRINGVILLE, Ala.–The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is reporting that both directions of Interstate 59 are impassable around Exit 166 due to ice.
The exit is about halfway between Springville and Gadsden.
Snow and ice are still covering most roadways in St. Clair County, according to ALEA.
