WALTON COUNTY, Fl. — Isabelle Johnson, a murder suspect who was on the run since July and believed to possibly be in Alabama, has been arrested.
An announcement from the Walton County Sheriff’s Office stated that Johnson was recently apprehended in Cottondale, FL. in Jackson County by several law enforcement agencies with the help of the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force.
When she was at large a $16,000 reward had been offered for information that could lead to her arrest.
Law enforcement officials on social media called the arrest “a good day.”
Johnson is suspected in the murder of Jason Coulthart in Florida. She was extradited from Jackson County to Walton County where she faces a murder charge.
