One individual is in custody and another injured following a shooting in Trussville Monday afternoon.
Trussville Police Department noted that officers were assisting the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office with the investigation on the 7400 block of Avenue C.
Officers confirmed the response happened around 2:30 p.m.
