IRONDALE, Ala. — The City of Irondale will host a free music festival Sunday Sept. 26, at Beacon Park in honor of its 139th anniversary.
Irondale Music Fest 2026 will feature performances from The Tony Tatum Experience, violinist Dominique Hammons, the Alabama A&M University Choir, flutist Sherry Reeves, and DJ Maverick, Willie Hudgins.
Gates will open at 3 p.m., and performances will start at 4 p.m. Admission is free to all.
The event will take place at Beacon Park, at 5309 Beacon Drive.
Parking will be available at “The Hill” with a shuttle service taking attendees to the park. Small coolers and clear bag will be allowed, but outside will not be allowed.
Food vendors will include Dream Flavors, AJ’s Lemonade, Eugene’s Hot Chicken, The Dirty Red, Good Ole Dawgs, GeGe’s Tasty Cakes, and My Planet Punches.
