BIRMINGHAM — The Springs at Trussville apartment complex has been sold, according to the Birmingham Business Journal.
New York-based Somerset Partners purchased the 328-unit property from Continental 166 Fund LLC for $33 million, according to the BBJ.
Memphis-based Somerset Apartment Management will manage the community at 3539 Mary Taylor Road, which will be rebranded as Somerset at Trussville, President and CEO Matt Skvarla told the BBJ.
The apartment complex is in the Birmingham city limits, though is near Trussville.
