TRUSSVILLE — Two Trussville businesses will hold ribbon cuttings next week.
Tortugas Cafe plans to open for business Jan. 9 in the Trussville Plaza Shopping Center on Highway 11. A ribbon cutting will be at 10:30 a.m.
Owners Paul and Dawn Gagliano also have a Tortugas Cafe in Meadowbrook in the U.S. 280 corridor. The business features Chicago style pizza, thin crust pizza and other Italian entrees.
A ribbon cutting will also be held the day before, Jan. 8, at Carroll Pharmacy, formerly Trussville Total Care Pharmacy, at 115 N. Chalkville Road in Trussville. The event will be at 8:30 a.m. The business has a new logo and name, but the owners are the same.
