TRUSSVILLE – The Hewitt-Trussville Lady Huskies look to continue their winning ways in the Bryant Bank Thanksgiving Classic starting Saturday.
All four opening round games will be played on Saturday, with Hewitt-Trussville (4-0) taking the nightcap of the girls’ bracket against Class 4A Leeds at 6 p.m.
Second round action will wait until Monday. If the Lady Huskies can improve to 5-0, they will see the winner of Briarwood Christian-Mortimer Jordan at 5 p.m. A loss to Leeds would pair them with the loser of that game at 3:30 p.m.
The tournament’s champion will be decided at 5 p.m. Tuesday. All games are scheduled to be played in Bryant Bank Arena.
Vestavia Hills, Dora, Pelham and Fort Payne round out the remainder of the eight-team field.
