TRUSSVILLE – The Trussville Rotary Daybreak Club inducted its new board and officers last week.
The new leadership: President Eddie Seal; DG Jerry Shepherd; Treasurer John Griscom; New Generation Mary Jean Sanspree; President-elect Tommy Trimm; Rotary Foundation Frank Jett; Secretary Wayne Tanner; Sergeant-at-Arms John Birmingham; Service Projects Randy Jinks; Membership Jef Freeman; International Service Pat McTamney; Interact Ty Williams; and President Nominee and also Public Relations Chair Diane Poole.
District Governor Jerry Shepherd personally signed and delivered a Presidential Citation from Rotary International President Gary C.K. Huang to the club.
Trussville’s club received the citation for actively working to ‘light up Rotary’, which is its international theme.
